Back in July 2022, we announced the news that Salata Salad Kitchen wants to come to Lubbock and needs you! After speaking with a local franchise, we learned more.
This Houston-based franchise is a great addition to the area and gives those looking for healthy options more options here.
The franchisees are local and have experience operating restaurants in Lubbock. His name is Charles Warren and he's ready for an adventure.
Warren was shocked by his first visit and felt he needed to come to Lubbock. Now, several years later, it's finally happening.
The first location is scheduled to open in the new Covenant Park at 82nd Street and Marcia Sharp. This location is scheduled to open in early August.
We currently plan to open three locations, and hopefully more. The second location is almost ready to be announced. The location is south central Lubbock. This is expected to open by Thanksgiving.
I've never tried it, but all my friends who live in the Dallas area are crazy about it. The salad bar has a wide variety of choices, and just looking at it will make you hungry.
I've always wanted to know if they would come out here. I think they go well together here, and you can also eat spinach, so I think it's really good. There are plenty of base options like kale, mix, romaine, and agra, as well as plenty of toppings like veggies, cheese, nuts, and fruit.
Choose your size and style, choose your base, add your protein, and choose your toppings and dressing. This is all customizable so you get something new and fresh every time.
The soup is also homemade, as is the dressing.
We have a pick-up window and you can order online, in-store or through our app. We also have a rewards program.
We will continue to update you as we learn more. For more information, please visit Salata's official website.
