HIGH POINTS — Style experts will be on hand at April Market to share insights into how Gen Z consumers think about home decor during Trendspotter seminars and exhibits at the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame. Masu.
A panel discussion seminar and mimosa brunch, sponsored by Sampan, will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday, April 14, at the Hall of Fame, 311 S. Hamilton. The exhibition “Muse” by Fashion Snoops (FS) features over a dozen new home furnishings products inspired by major new lifestyle trends.
“Muse is a warm, funky, eclectic curation that speaks to the Gen Z mindset,” said Jay Anna Mize, vice president of advisory at FS, who moderated the panel discussion. “As a collection of old and new designs, Muse reflects the spirit of collectors. What is taken for granted in the design world becomes a new zeitgeist for young consumers. Interiors are not tied to one time or place and often represent different eras and artistic movements.”
