McLean's new Innovation Kitchen is a full-scale replica of a “complete store experience” designed for customers, the Temple, Texas-based distributor said.

The company said it can gain insight into how it can enhance retail product mix and improve the customer experience. .
The space will also serve as a development and innovation hub, allowing the McLean Fresh team to conceptualize and test new menu items that respond to evolving consumer trends and customer demands. Customers will be able to sample these creations, the company said, “ensuring McLean remains at the forefront of product innovation and collaboration, delivering data-driven solutions tailored to our customers' needs.”
