At Montcalm, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service that matches our exquisite courses. You will be responsible for overall management of the kitchen and staff. This person provides hands-on assistance in serving guests. We also cooperate with large-scale events held throughout the season. Voted one of Golf His Digest's top five New England courses for the past three years, this course continues to receive rave reviews from members and guests who enjoy this breathtaking golf course.
Montcalm is open from April to October each year. Although this is a seasonal position, we are looking for individuals who would like to return year after year for this role and take up an annual position when more club offers become available. A great way to enjoy New Hampshire's most beautiful season.

responsibility:
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and monitor kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure production and cleaning processes run smoothly and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory management: managing kitchen inventory and supplies, ordering food, ordering supplies
- Business Management: Coordinate and supervise meal orders, assist with food preparation and cooking as needed.
- Manage and create food menus for daily guests and special events.
- Quality control of all items leaving the kitchen
- Work with management to ensure appropriate cost control.
- Work events during the season (including event setup and teardown)
- Deal with complaints and issues in a positive manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and members
- Respond quickly and proactively to guest concerns
- Understand your brand's service culture
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
●Experience in food and beverage related field required
● Excellent customer service skills
● Must have basic computer skills
● Self-motivated, responsible, and responsible.
● Professional image as a representative of the company
● Those who can work from April to October (one-year regular position)
