From families who brought their loved ones Zoe's Kitchen is introducing an entirely new venture: Marquise Kitchen.
Here's what we know about Cahaba Height's new additions.
The Cassimas family's latest journey
Marcus and Zoe Cassimas opened Zoe's Kitchen, a Birmingham-based Greek and Mediterranean food hotspot (and one of my favorite places on the planet), in 1995, according to a press release. Entered the restaurant industry.
Marcus and Zoe's son John brought his entrepreneurial spirit to the family business, creating local favorites such as Maki Fresh, Ginsei and Miss Dot's Kitchen.
Now, several years later, the family is opening their newest spot, Marquis Kitchen, dedicated to their father.
“Helping my father open a restaurant with his name on the sign will be one of the highlights of my life.” I've seen how it feels, but now it's my father's turn.”
