Reese Witherspoon has rearranged the lavish space in her Tennessee home, showing off an incredible kitchen that now includes areas like an “entertainment closet.”
The 48-year-old “Legally Blonde” star, who recently showed off her incredible figure in a low-cut swimsuit in Italy, opened the door to take part in “The Home Edit” video, which was shared on YouTube.
The channel's two hosts were spotted stopping by the actress' historic Nashville home, which was previously purchased for $4.2 million.
The duo was tasked with organizing multiple areas of the spacious open kitchen, including drawers and a large pantry.
Witherspoon's kitchen is surrounded by multiple windows that allow natural light to stream in easily, while a brick wall gives the room a rustic feel.
Her kitchen also features marble countertops and eye-catching blue cabinets that stand out against the dark backdrop of the brick wall.
A globe light with gold detailing hangs above the long, rectangular island, which also features a sink with a gold faucet on one side.
It features a sleek burner in the middle, where the Big Little Lies star can whip up delicious meals for herself, her family, and guests.
Six brown bar stool chairs were placed in front of the island, and a table sat directly across the room.
Besides the brick walls, the open room also has wooden floors and walls painted white with blue trim that match the color scheme of the cabinetry.
Overhead lights are mounted in the ceiling, providing additional light in addition to the various windows and French doors.
The organizers first tackled kitchen drawers to sort Reese's kitchen utensils, towels and other items like napkin rings and straws.
In one corner of the room, near the island, was an entertainment closet with wooden doors, and the cabinet space housed multiple shelves stocked with glasses, tablecloths, and napkins for entertaining guests.
On the other side of the kitchen, near the extra counter space and the refrigerator, is a display wall of actresses.
Emily and Lauren of The House Edit organized their display area by using only white crockery and clear glassware to match a single color scheme, and they also placed a few green plants throughout the glass shelves.
The walk-in pantry, with its blue shelves, has also been reorganized by color and product.
Several shelves held office supplies in clear drawers, and snacks like granola bars and chips were stored a little further down.
Reese then returned to the kitchen to view the newly appointed space, starting with the pantry.
Dressed in a white sweater and stylish denim jeans, the Cruel Intentions actress was stunned when she opened the door and saw her new look.
“Oh my goodness! Guys, this is incredible,” she said excitedly. “Okay, this makes me so happy.”
She continued: “It's great because people come here after a busy day and just want a little treat.”
Witherspoon then went into the main part of the kitchen and saw a categorized display area.
“Hey guys, this is so great! So clean, so streamlined, so easy to understand what you need.”
She also opened some of the drawers and saw how neatly organized it was and said, “Okay, this is exactly what I wanted! Clean it up, put in a set of silverware, oh, that's so nice.”
And finally, after the fridge was also tidied up, the beauty took one look at the fridge and said, “This is the part I was most looking forward to.”
The mother of three opened the door and exclaimed with excitement: “Oh my goodness, this is amazing. Even the fruit is organised!”
Inside, drawers and shelves are also labeled to help Reese find items quickly, such as breakfast and deli shelves.
At the end of the video, the Hollywood star shared her gratitude, saying, “As you know, I'm your number one fan. The Home Edit is amazing. I've been a fan for years. Thank you so much. You always make every space so beautiful.”
While Reese has been focused on tidying up parts of her home, she's also been enjoying the summer, taking a trip to Italy last June.
She showed off her toned body in a low-cut black swimsuit as she spent time on a boat off the coast of Portofino during her relaxing getaway.
Her blonde hair was pulled back into a simple updo, keeping strands of hair from falling into her face.
Witherspoon was seen smiling brightly as she mingled with her close friends and enjoyed a delicious meal with the group.
The actress is already mother to two children, Ava, 24, and Deacon, 20, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. The couple were married from 1999 until their divorce in 2008.
She later married Jim Toth, but the two divorced last year in 2023. The couple also have an 11-year-old son, Tennessee.
Reese is also working on the upcoming third season of the hit HBO series Big Little Lies. Season one aired in 2017, and season two premiered in 2019.
Last June, co-star Nicole Kidman told Vanity Fair that the show was “moving fast” on the next season.
