BISMARCK, N.D. (KXNET) — The kitchen is the heart of your home, so shouldn't it be both functional and beautiful?
Albert Dow, owner of Kitchen Refresh, hopes to find a balance between the two with his clients.
“Almost every kitchen has a functional upgrade, not just something that looks good. Even people building new homes today want to do things a little differently. So we can cater to some of that. Maybe not all of it, but we can cater to quite a lot of it.”
Kitchen Refresh will do its best to reuse your existing cabinets.
“You know, there are so many custom cabinets that were made in the '70s, '80s, '90s and even the 2000s,” Daou explains. “It would be such a shame to remove them and throw them away. We're able to repurpose a lot of them and give them a look that modern people want.”
Project durations vary from 3-5 business days to several weeks depending on the level of effort.
“When you have major changes to a structure, it takes a little bit more work and a little bit more time to get different people on board and doing their part,” Dow says. “So these transformations can be done quickly, like I said, within a week. Or they can take a few weeks. But we maintain functionality throughout the process.”
