Saturday Kitchen viewers were left dissatisfied with the few minutes of the BBC's live show that began today (May 18) after regular presenter Matt Tebbutt was absent from the show. TV presenter and chef Donal Skehan took over hosting duties in Matt's absence, and was joined in the studio by Ollie Smith, Sabrina Geyer, Jack Stein and Eddie Izzard.
Donal introduced the latest live episode of his cooking-themed talk show and welcomed celebrity guests, but could not explain Tebbutt's absence. This prompted a flurry of comments from fans who wondered where Matt was.
Regarding X, one viewer asked: “Where's #Tebbut? #SaturdayKitchen.” The second response was: “#Saturdaykitchen Where is Matt today?”

“Where's Matt?” asked another viewer. “Donal…? No thank you. He's had enough on this side of the pond,” commented another.
“Turn #SaturdayKitchen on and off again,” one viewer yelled. “#SaturdayKitchen It's drizzling but I'd rather be in the garden. What a boring episode,” wrote another.
