Beijing Kitchen showcases the authentic flavors of Northern China with a menu focused on traditional dishes such as 'Traditional Peking Duck', 'Spinach with Sesame Paste, Aged Vinegar and Mustard Oil', 'Honey Glazed Tiger Prawns with Chili Peppers and Ginger' and 'Crispy Mandarin Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce'. Additionally, the restaurant offers a variety of hand-pulled noodles and delicious desserts.
Chef's Specialities
The signature dish is the “Traditional Peking Duck,” which is cooked using ducks sourced directly from Beijing and jujube wood, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste of traditional Beijing cuisine.
