The new restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind dining adventure, combining great food, a carefully selected selection of local beers and an enchanting atmosphere.
This multi-storey venue previously housed Bam Margiela's The Note. The once famous stage is now an exposed open concept kitchen.
The new restaurant offers cozy indoor seating and a second-floor outdoor patio, as well as an upscale chef's table, giving patrons an up-close view of the culinary spectacle. The rooftop section, which is currently being completed, is scheduled to open this spring.
Menu highlights include everything from warm baby kale salad and rib fingers to beer and honey chicken. Meanwhile, our partnership with Imprint Beer ensures a great selection of craft beers.
“Serum Kitchen and Taphouse is more than just a restaurant. It's a place where food, drink and atmosphere come together,” said the Deals. “We have worked hard to make Serum a memorable place to visit every time we visit, and we are excited to share this journey with our guests.”
