Two leading health food brands bring nutritious food closer to consumers with Simply Good Jars' fresh, life-extending technology
PHILADELPHIA, PA / ACCESSWIRE / May 18, 2024 / To demonstrate its commitment to consumers, convenience-focused health food brand Simply Good Jars has partnered with Primal Kitchen, a Kraft Heinz portfolio company, to Healthy and accessible salad options Deliver directly to consumers. As part of this pilot program, the partner brands recently introduced a line of pre-made salads that are stored in technology-enabled vending machines.

What has been published is national restaurant showis an industry-only event taking place from May 18th to May 21st at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. At the event, Simply Good Jars and Primal Kitchen announced a selection of new products, including eight collaborative salad products. All delicious. All good for customers and the planet alike.
In addition to the ground-breaking nature of the salad itself, this unique exhibit utilized a new brand of vending refrigerators, which leverages Simply Good Jars' long-life food technology. These were installed next to a range of industry-leading vending machines, including new ones from Luntables.
The exhibit was part of a larger pilot project to distribute premium ready-to-eat salads using Primal Kitchen's ultra-clean dressing made with avocado oil. Our partnership with Simply Good Jars allows us to distribute these unique on-the-go health foods through a variety of channels, including self-cooling vending machines.
When asked for comment, Simply Good Jars said this is a step in its new strategy in line with its vision. Earlier this year, Simply Good Jars launched a targeted initiative to license its technological advantages to a select group of strategic partners to help naturally extend the shelf life of fresh produce. The initiative will begin in the United States and Canada and eventually expand to Europe and Latin America.
