The kitchen returns in the new season 3 trailer for the FX series bear.
In the new trailer for the comedy-drama series, on-screen characters Carmy Belzatto, played by Jeremy Allen White, and Sydney Adam, played by Ayo Edibiri, are seen preparing stellar service at their new restaurant, with Richie Jerimovich, played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach, working on the floor as the manager.
“We're open,” Richie declares, as the intro to The Rolling Stones' “Mixed Emotions” plays.
A series of mishaps in and around the kitchen led Sydney to say, “This is a dysfunctional kitchen.”
Richie and Carmie chimed in in unison, “Show us something that works.”
According to FX's official synopsis, season three will see the trio “trying their best to take The Bear, a beef stand-turned-fine dining establishment, to the highest level possible while also doing their best to keep the business afloat.”
“Their commitment to culinary excellence will push our staff to new levels and strengthen the bonds that hold our restaurants together,” the description continues. “Our chefs have learned that every second counts, and this season will show if they have what it takes to survive into tomorrow.”
In addition to White, Edebiri and Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colon Zayas, Edwin Lee Gibson and Matty Matheson are also set to return next season.
The new season is scheduled to premiere on Hulu on May 27th.
During the show's off-season, the cast and crew were nominated for six awards and won various other accolades at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Stars White, Bacharach and Edibili all won awards for their performances, and the series was awarded Outstanding Comedy Series.
Season 3 bear is set to premiere on FX and Hulu on June 27. The first two seasons are currently streaming on Hulu.
