Kitchen & The Mini Bar, a restaurant in downtown Naples, raised more than $2,000 for the Naples Pier Foundation during its St. Patrick's Day fundraiser. Last month, the developer presented a 20-foot model of the pier to City Council, and the bidding process is currently underway. More than a year and a half have passed since Hurricane Ian destroyed the pier. The Naples City Council hopes to be able to sign the contract in June. The project is estimated to cost $23 million and take about a year and a half to complete.
