Three Creeks Kitchen and Cocktails is preparing to open this fall in the former location of O'Toole's Irish Pub in downtown Gahanna. The restaurant will focus on craft cocktails and New American cuisine.
O'Toole's founder Joe Grundy teamed up with his daughter Peyton Grundy, managing director of Three Creeks, to renovate the location at 258 Granville St. They've assembled a talented staff in the kitchen, including alumni of well-known Columbus restaurants.
Executive chefs and co-owners Andrew Hillis and Alexandra Serfaty bring years of experience working at Cameron Mitchell restaurants to the kitchen. Hillis, who originally cut his teeth at The Worthington Inn, will be creating a steak and seafood-focused dinner menu at Three Creeks. Guests will want to save room for dessert. Serfaty is the former pastry expert at Pistacia Bella. Rounding out the team is Creative Director Alaina Short, who joins from Wolf's Ridge Brewing.
“We believe that exceptional service and an unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction are the foundations that will ensure our long-term success,” Joe Grundy said in the release. “We are excited to bring this new locally owned concept to the heart of Gahanna.”
Featuring a main dining room, large patio and four-season space, Three Creeks will initially be open for dinner only, but will offer a weekday happy hour starting at 3 p.m. with discounted drinks and appetizers.
