This is according to a survey commissioned by Redfin, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage. Approximately 300 Redfin Premier agents responded to the survey, which was conducted by Qualtrics in April-May 2024. The relevant question was, “How common is it for luxury home buyers to request each of the following bathroom/kitchen amenities?” For the purposes of this release, Redfin included responses in which it deemed each feature to be “very common.”
