It's not our top pick, but at this discounted price, the Barista Express Impress is a great deal. A full-featured, all-purpose espresso machine with built-in grinder, saving you counter space. Also includes a tamping lever to help ensure ground tamping Just right.
enter code fresh 20 Please confirm your transaction at checkout. This is just one of many Partners Coffee Roasts on sale in conjunction with President's Day, but this is my current favorite. With notes of dark chocolate and dates, Flatiron Blend is perfect for crisp mornings when a cool mist still clings to the treetops. We recommend pairing it with slightly bitter dark chocolate to bring out the earthy notes. Check out our guide to the best coffee subscriptions for more information.
This is one of the top chef knives recommended by most people. Although the handle is plastic, it has a nearly non-stick finish. This is one of the lowest prices we've tracked over the years.
I've never been a big fan of automatic espresso machines. It's not because I don't particularly like it as a coffee lover, but coffee tends to be clunky and I feel like there's more stuff to clean. The Affetto is the first automatic espresso machine I've ever used that truly delivers on its promise of providing you with the best cup of coffee at the push of a button. I got a lot of miles from that Americano His button while using this button. All internal components that need to be kept clean are easily accessible from the side panel without the need for tools.
This discount will be displayed at checkout. This is my favorite kitchen thermometer. Fast, accurate and no problems. In fact, it takes about 1 second to obtain a reading. Do you need anything else?
This is one of the lowest prices we've ever looked at for this steam toaster oven, but be sure to clip the coupon on the page to see your discount. The Balmuda toaster (8/10, WIRED Recommends) uses steam to make stale bread, pizza, bagels, and pastries taste fresh again. You can also use it as a toaster oven to reheat last night's chicken wings.
Personal care deals
Only carefully selected colors will be sold. It's one of his top picks from our Best Slippers Guide and a favorite of WIRED Senior Reviews Editor Julian Cioccatu. He bought these for his wife in 2020 and they have held up very well. These slippers are cozy and warm, but they're breathable enough that you won't feel sweaty. Too warm. Thanks to the rubber outsole, they are durable enough for short walks outdoors.
Manitoba is an Indigenous-owned brand, staffed by Indigenous designers, and our slippers, clogs, boots and moccasins are all made to last. I've acquired a small collection of Manitoba shoes over the years, and many of my favorites are on sale this weekend. Faux Fur Street Suede Moccasins are comfortable to wear indoors or out, and the fur is so convincingly fake that you have to triple-check that it's fake fur. I also really like the $45 Cabin Slide ($45 off). These are the actual slippers he wore when he stayed in a hotel for two months while looking for an apartment. The thick sole is durable enough to run around running errands outside the house, but comfortable enough that you don't feel like you're wearing shoes when lounging around the house. If you want a version with more ankle coverage, the $50 ($70 off) Cabin Clog is the same as the Cabin Slide, but with added ankle support.
The Drybar Buttercup is one of our top picks in our best hair dryers and diffusers guide, with WIRED contributor Victoria Woollaston-Webber praising its gentle drying. During testing, Victoria found that its lightweight design didn't strain her arms or give her a headache to operate. The best part is that it doesn't make my hair look or feel too dry and a bit frizzy. This means your scalp won't burn. This is always a plus. Prices tend to fluctuate, although they have previously been as low as $119.
We've seen this drop to as low as $349 before, but this is a solid price. The RevAir is more of a vacuum dryer than a blow dryer. Rather than blowing air into your head, RevAir does exactly the opposite. In a good way. WIRED critic Medea Giordano, known in the company for her gorgeous curls, says this hair dryer has changed the way she dries and styles her hair. life. During testing, Medea found that RevAir significantly reduced styling time and reduced damage to curly hair caused by hot blow drying. She still uses an iron when she wants to straighten her hair, but the RevAir gets the job done almost on its own. With RevAir, you will have no problem straightening loose curls or straight hair.
Volo Go is a cordless hair dryer, so you can blow dry your hair anywhere in your home without being tied to a wall outlet. WIRED reviewer Medea Giordano says it's great for drying curly hair without disrupting the curl pattern. It doesn't have as many settings as some hair dryers we tested, but with just his three (hot, cold, smart) it gets most of the job done. The battery life is approximately 25 minutes, but depending on the type of hair, this may not be enough time to dry your hair.
The Zuvi Halo hair dryer uses infrared heat to dry your hair. WIRED reviewer Medea Giordano says it was very effective at drying hair at a lower temperature than other hair dryers she's tested. This is great news for everyone's hair, but especially for those with curly or sensitive hair types.
It's not the most fully featured home bidet, but it does the job well enough. It's non-electric so you don't need an outlet, but it also means you won't be heating up the water before you light it in your butt. If that doesn't matter, it's worth checking out. WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell says that after a year of testing, the device shows some cosmetic wear but otherwise remains in good working order.
Great deals on sofas and office chairs
Benchmade Modern offers a variety of mid-century modern-style sofas, but the Modern Tyler Sofa caught the eye of WIRED senior writer Scott Gilbertson. But it wasn't just the lounging experience that made Modern His Tyler His Sofa a Best Couch Guide. The purchasing and shipping process seamless. Easy and breezy aren't the first things that come to mind when you think of furniture shopping, but during the ordering and shipping process, Scott says he believes Benchmade Modern's online store and shipping process offers options you won't find anywhere else. I noticed that it provides. In our online store, you can browse colors and use the slider to resize your sofa to see how the cushions will change with your sofa layout. You can also easily order a fabric swatch book that comes with a full-size printout of your sofa so you can easily adjust the size to fit your living space.
Most of WIRED's gear team works remotely, so we have strong opinions about office chairs. We leverage this expertise in our Best Office Chairs guide, and the Branch ergonomic chair is one of the top picks from that list. WIRED Senior Reviews Editor Julian Cioccatu said the Branch Ergonomic Chair was easy to assemble with clear instructions, but most importantly, it was adjustable and comfortable. The armrest moves forward and backward, the seat moves forward and backward, the lumbar support can be adjusted, and the nylon mesh backrest keeps you comfortable and cool during long hours of work.
This is the best price we've ever tracked for our favorite low-cost office chair. The Hiken is highly breathable thanks to its mesh design, has a sturdy body and reliable lumbar support. This isn't the best option if you want a spacious seat or if you like to sit with your feet up in the chair, but for most home offices this may be the most affordable option. good Find office chairs.
The Branch Verve is an upgraded version of the Branch ergonomic chair. They come in some more interesting colors, have more elegant designs, and are better at keeping your back straight. WIRED senior reviews editor Julian Cioccatu notes that the Verve has about the same adjustment options that Ergonomic offers, but the armrest only moves up and down, not forward or backward. This may not be an issue for most people, but office chairs should be comfortable, and if you need to move your arms back and forth to get comfortable, choose an ergonomic chair instead of a Verve. It is important to note that the
If you are looking for an office chair with a wider seat surface than the chairs mentioned above, the Autonomous Ergochair Pro might be a good choice. I love the wide seats. I like to sit like a devil in any office chair, so I need the extra legroom. WIRED senior editor Julian Cioccatu tested the Autonomous Ergochair Pro and found that the mesh backrest helps keep you cool, but the foam seat (while comfortable) can get quite warm after a while. I pointed out that there is. It's adjustable in all the ways an office chair should be, but the knobs and levers underneath the seat aren't intuitive to use. Julian recommends checking out this video from Autonomous to understand exactly which levers do what.
Steelcase's Gesture is comfortable no matter how you sit. This is high praise from the “WIRED'' gear team. Although it's not as breathable as other chairs we've tested, you'll find a way to climb into this chair any way you like and be sure to be supported while doing so. The fabric will show some wear over time, but it comes with one of the best warranties on an office chair: 12 years. This will outlast your computer.
To see the lowest price, you must select a specific customization (graphite frame, medley fabric). As luxurious as an office chair can be, the Embody is a chair that is often imitated but rarely surpassed. WIRED Senior Reviews Editor Julian Cioccatu says the Embody is the chair that tests all other chairs. Sitting there feels like breathing fresh air. The mechanical support gave his back plenty of rest and eased his chronic back pain. At full price it's a great chair, but at discounted price it's a great deal.
The Herman Miller Aeron is another office chair that other companies are trying to imitate. The iconic design emphasizes airy ventilation, minimal bulk and stylish modernism. Our office chair buying guide recommends that most buyers purchase a used Aeron chair. Aeron chairs have been around for a long time and have good durability. But with some great discounts this weekend, it's a great deal to get a Herman Miller Aeron chair in factory condition. Even if you're not as lucky as WIRED senior editor Michael Calois, who managed to get it for free when a San Francisco startup closed one of its offices.
